Privacy Policy

MPP Sverige AB

In the same way as for society as a whole, MPP Sverige AB, together with its customers, employees and suppliers, has been affected by the increased digitalisation and globalization, which has led to a significant increase in the dissemination of personal data.

Digitization means increased opportunities, but also a greater need for protection of each person’s integrity. In line with this, the purpose of our privacy policy is to describe the overall principles that shall apply to all processing (collection, use, storage and deletion) of personal data.

The aim of this policy is to ensure that MPP handles personal data in accordance with the EU Data Protection Regulation (also known as GDPR – General Data Protection Regulation) together with other national and international law, so that our customers, suppliers and colleagues can feel safe with our and our partners’ handling of personal data.

The Data Protection Ordinance entered into force on 25 May 2018. The Ordinance has great similarities with the Personal Data Act (PuL) which it replaced. However, the GDPR places higher demands on all types of organizations to process personal data correctly.
